He Was alive for Sure ,

Then Why Didn’t he Respond?
To the Cries of His mother,

To The Requests of his brother.

The Doctors Had Checked,
They Said He wasn’t Dead.

His Brain Was functioning Normally,

But Heart, The Wasn’t included in the Diagnosis.

Neither Alcohol, Nor Drugs,
Could get him As High,
as one smile or One kiss,

From Her Lips Could.

The Suffering Was Regular,

So He Should have grown Numb,

But the Pain was still there,

Excruciating and all Bare.

For Him, A Broken Heart,

Was an Understatement!

An Empty Life,

That was too Much.

When Nights Ended,

And Days Began, He had no clue,

For Time Wasn’t Important,

When He Had more things to worry about.

The Life Couldn’t Have been Empty,
No. Because He had Memories.

He once Had Felt Heaven, Just Couldn’t Hold on,
Let it Go From His hands and Then Cried On and on.

He was Alone in the Crowded of Places,

He wasn’t a stalker, But just caring,

He had Everyone Fooled, Even when He wasn’t on cloud nine.

With That Little Smile and “Yeah. I am Fine.”.

He Walked Downwards

Through a Flight Of stairs.

Without an Idea Where they would lead,

But he walked, and Wasn't Dead.
