Rockstar: Starring Ranbir Kapoor And Nargis Fakhri.

There are some Movies which as soon as you get out of the Theatre, You Know That you’re gonna get its DVD as soon as it comes out. Rockstar is One of those Movies.

Unlike the Recent Hindi Movies, Rockstar Has Depth And Honesty. There are some Dialogues which one Can relate to completely. Like “Kisi Bhi Artist,Musician,Writer Ko Dekh lo, Pain Ke bina Koi Accha nahi hota.” When Seen in Real life, Its true, Every Great Artist has Experienced pain at some Point in his life.

Ranbir Kapoor Stars As Janardan Jakhar aka J.J aka Jordan. Janardan jakhar is a middle class Kid who belongs to a Hariyanvi family living in Pitampura in Delhi. He’s doing BA Pass From the Hindu College and is seen Playing music and hanging out at Its canteen. He;s a Good For Nothing Uncooperative son at Home and a struggling musician with little hope to his friends and acquaintances. When He’s told that No one can be a great artist unless he’s visited some pain, He Gets up to get his heart broken. He meets Heer Kaul, the Dancing Star of St. Stephens. Heer kaul is Played by Nargis fakhri Who Looks Super Duper Hot. Heer comes from a Rich family. He Befriends Heer after A series of attempts of asking her out and ultimately she rejecting him but befriending him. As JJ learns after befriending her, she has only 2 months for her marriage, so they both embark on a crazy journey in which she attempts to do everything which she wouldn’t be able to do after her marriage. So they make a bucket list which includes watching B Grade Film ‘Jungli Jawani’ and Drinking ‘Desi Daru’.

'Rockstar' is never as surefooted as Imtiaz's breakout hit Jab We Met, but it's a braver, riskier film than any he's previously made. AR Rahman's score serves as the spine of this enterprise, emerging expectedly as one the film's biggest strengths. A word also for Anil Mehta's dramatic camerawork; not merely for the lush Kashmiri landscapes but also for the edgily-shot concert scenes. But 'Rockstar' belongs to Ranbir Kapoor over everyone else. It's a riveting performance - from Janardan's rough edges to Jordan's wildly unpredictable ways - and Ranbir roots it in the real. Watch how he seizes the stage in the Sadda haq number and virtually makes the track his own. For Ranbir alone, this film deserves a watch.

The Movie has some Brilliant soundtrack by A.R. Rahman Like the songs Saadaa Haqq, Jo Bhi Main and Tum Ho Being the Best ones. The songs would be ruling the charts weeks after the Movies release.

Every Reviewer is saying that they didn’t find nargis’s acting brilliant but I beg to differ as she has done a brilliant job compared to the First Movies of both Kareena and Katrina. Nargis fakhri is a super hot and Promising talent that can achieve greater heights if her acting skills are more brushed upon.

Ranbir Kapoor has done a brilliant job and his acting is one of the main reasons why you should watch the film. His cute version as JJ and the Agnry version as Jordan are mesmerizing and even the biggest of his haters would appreciate the work done by him.

This was Shammi Kapoor sir's Last Movie and He's done an amazing job playing a shehnai Player who sees JJ At the Nizammudin Auliya Mosque and Then Recommends him to platinum records as a rising star. May god Bless his soul. RIP Sir.

Imitaz ali has done a great effort which needs to be appreciated.

The Cute love story will leave you yearning for more even after the movie has ended.

I personally sat through all the cast listings which was weird since I am usually one of the first to get out of the hall but I kept sitting there hoping to see something more.

Though The Censor Board Could have been better and Instead of censoring the words ‘Sex’ and ‘Tibet’ out of a free Tibet banner used in the song saada haqq.

Of the supporting cast, Kumud Mishra makes a big impression as Jordan's mentor and manager Khatana, who watches helplessly as his friend sinks into a quicksand of despair.

The Cute moments of the film can be explained by scene in which Janardhan's sitting in a canteen and complaining that he's shattered over being shot down by the campus hottie, Heer. "If your heart was really broken, you wouldn't be sitting here eating samosas and arguing over chutney," his friend tells him.

I’d give this Movie The Following stars.

Movie: 4 out of 5.

Ranbir Kapoor: 4 out of 5

Nargis Fakhri: 3.5 out of 5 [I’m Biased towards her hotness]
